Was I informed about this?

Each property with an OTA upgrade is sent a letter 30-60 days before the upgrade and a few emails leading up to the upgrade. Please use the links to view messages if you did not previously receive them.

What do I need to do?

The technology and signage updates will be handled by CSC. After the upgrade is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to inform your residents with the materials provided in the Welcome Kit above.

Will coin payments still be accepted?

Coin payments will no longer be available after the upgrade. Instead, many new payment options will be added including credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and more!

When is the upgrade happening?

You will be notified via mail and email a few weeks before your market’s scheduled upgrade.

I manage multiple properties. Which one(s) does this apply to?

Upgrades are starting in OR, PA, NJ, NY, CA, WA, TX and FL. If you receive a communication, it applies to your properties in those markets and you will be notified again before other markets are upgraded.

What if my residents are resistant to using the app?

CSC regularly monitors adoption and revenue trends at each property to ensure the correct products and program are in place. Properties upgraded to One Tap Away are seeing higher adoption and customer satisfaction rates.

Is this upgrade mandatory?

Yes, this upgrade will be made to all properties eligible for the One Tap Away platform.

How are my residents informed of the change?

Residents currently using CSC GO or CSC Pay will be notified through their existing app. However, we ask that you help spread the word using the materials in this Welcome Kit, especially to residents currently using coin or card.

Will the washers/dryers be replaced or upgraded?

One Tap Away is compatible with all machine types so no changes to equipment are necessary.  If you have concerns or questions regarding your existing equipment, please contact your CSC representative.

Will there be new signage?

Yes, all posters and in-room signage will be updated when making the upgrade. You can also find additional materials to display or share with residents at marketingpro.onetapaway.com.

Is my property eligible? I was told in the past I was not eligible for this type of upgrade.

The vast majority of the properties we service are eligible with few exceptions.

Is this upgrade happening to all properties or just some?

This upgrade is occurring first at all properties in the OR, PA, NJ, NY, CA, TX and FL. All other markets will follow later in 2025/26.

Will this work in areas without a modem or network connectivity?

Yes – as long as a resident has cellular connection and Bluetooth then they’re good to go!
